Learning Emotions From Social Context (Level 2; Set 1)
The book series Learning Emotions and Feelings from Social Contexts is part of our newly developed © The Web of Perspective Taking curricula that are grounded on relational frame theory (RFT; Hayes, 2001), a contemporary behavior-analytic account of language and cognition.
The series teaches students to take others’ perspectives and infer others' emotions and feelings based on different social situations rather than simply on facial expressions and body language. It is an important step ahead involved in more advanced perspective-taking skills and problem-solving skills. The series includes three levels of complexity. Each level contains 10 targets.
This book Learning Emotions and Feelings from Social Contexts - Level 2 Set 1 targets the following emotions and feelings:
- Frustrated
- Confused
- Lonely
- Worried
- Disgusted
- Embarrassed
- Shy
- Relaxed
- Grateful/Thankful
